This is the first phase of a 3 part workout program designed for individuals who already have a background in fitness and exercise. This first phase is designed to build a solid base for strength training and developing lean muscle mass. You can expect to gain muscle mass while trimming away excess body fat. This program is for individuals who have a background fitness, but have gotten out of the habit of regular exercise. It is meant to jump start these individuals by providing a challenging workout program that will rebuild a foundation. I recommend doing this program for 4 weeks and then transitioning to another program catered to your specific goals.
